Back-to-School Information for Students and Families

We’re excited to kick off a new school year and can’t wait to welcome our students and families back to campus. Please review the important information below to ensure a smooth and successful start, including details on arrival/dismissal procedures, upcoming events, and helpful reminders.

Back-to-School Supply List 2025-2026

Basic supply lists for each grade level are now available to help families prepare for the school year. Please note that teachers may share more specific supply needs during the first week of school or at Back-to-School Night. Thank you for your support!

6th grade registration-Eng

Registration 2025-2026 School Year

Registration for the new school year is just around the corner! All families must complete the Aeries Data Confirmation prior to their child's registration date. Middle school registration will take place this week—7th and 8th grade on Tuesday, August 5, and 6th grade on Wednesday, August 6, and TK to 5th on Thursday, August 7. A parent or guardian must be present. For TK-5th-grade families who have not yet completed data confirmation, please do so as soon as possible to avoid delays. We look forward to seeing you all soon and starting the year strong!

Beardslee Arrival & Dismissal: What Families Need to Know

At Beardslee Academy, the safety of every student is our top priority. Clear and consistent drop-off and pick-up procedures help ensure a safe and efficient arrival and dismissal each day. When families understand and follow these routines, it reduces congestion, minimizes confusion, and creates a calm, structured environment for students, staff, and parents.
