About Mr. T

My name is Mr. Gene Teran aka (Mr. T).  I am currently teaching at Beardslee Academy 8th grade English and History.  I have been teaching 24 years in Duarte.  My first teaching experience was being a substitute teacher for 1 year and covered all grades K-12, all within Duarte schools.  

I have taught at Royal Oaks, Andres Duarte, and Beardslee Academy.  My teaching career has taken me to teach grades 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, and 8th.  I enjoy teaching my 8th graders and preparing them for high school and beyond.
